Treat the kids to a special Gold Coast getaway this September for the Kids Weekend, a fantastic free family event in central Surfers Paradise.
The two day takeover of Surfers Paradise will feature a host of free and exciting children orientated events including games, competitions, live music and arts and crafts activities. Kids can get involved with beach volleyball on the golden sands of Surfers Beach, check out some of our fascinating native reptiles at a live wildlife show, and let their creativity run wild with colourful chalk art.
Hi-5 and other popular kids performers will be taking to Cavill Mall stage throughout the weekend and there will be outdoor cinema screenings on the beach and fireworks to look forward to in the evenings.
Add children’s market stalls, face painting and free amusement rides to the mix and it’s easy to see why they named it the Kids Weekend.
The event will take place along the Surfers Paradise Foreshore and at Cavill Mall Stage, not far from Cannes Court Surfers Paradise accommodation apartments.
